New Patient Deposit Policy

We are excited that you have chosen Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital for your pet’s medical care!

When you contact our office to schedule your pet’s initial appointment, our staff will request a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to be paid when scheduling this appointment. This deposit will be applied as a credit towards your pet’s first appointment with Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital.

In the event that you notify us that you need to reschedule or cancel your pet's appointment or in the event of a no-show, no-call, this deposit will be forfeit to Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital and will no longer apply to any future appointments that are scheduled. A new $50.00 deposit will need to be paid in order to reschedule your pet’s appointment in this circumstance.

Our office provides a courtesy reminder call or email (depending on your preference) 48 business hours prior to your pet’s scheduled appointment. Even if you are unable to be reached through any of your preferred means of communications, this policy remains in effect.

This policy is effective on April 26th, 2022. We greatly appreciate your understanding of this policy and look forward to serving you and supporting the health of your pet.
