New Patient Pre-Payment Policy

We are excited that you have chosen Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital for your pet’s medical care!

When you contact our office to schedule your pet’s initial appointment, our staff will request pre-payment for our exam fee at the time of scheduling. This pre-payment will be applied as a credit towards your pet’s first appointment with Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital.

On the day of scheduling the appointment, you have until the end of that business day to make changes to your appointment date or time.

In the event that you notify us that you need to reschedule or cancel your pet's appointment or in the event of a no-show, no-call, this pre-payment will be forfeit to Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital and will no longer apply to any future appointments that are scheduled. A new pre-payment will need to be paid in order to reschedule your pet’s appointment in this circumstance.

Our office provides a courtesy reminder call or email (depending on your preference) 48 business hours prior to your pet’s scheduled appointment. Even if you are unable to be reached through any of your preferred means of communications, this policy remains in effect.

We request that all previous medical records for your pet be emailed to us no later than 48 hours prior to your pet's initial appointment. Records should be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 952-942-5548.

This policy is effective April 26th, 2022. We greatly appreciate your understanding of this policy and look forward to serving you and supporting the health of your pet.
