Dear Pet Parents,
Last week our clinic went live with a new service reminder system and with that system, we have an app available for client use! Many of you have already downloaded the client-facing app and are using it to submit appointment and medication refill requests and to check your pet's vaccine status. A fun feature with this app is that you can add special notes about your pet regarding their weight, pet insurance carrier and the food and treats they get. Please be aware that this application is for your use only and due to data-safety practices, any notes that you make regarding your pet will not be accessible by us at Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital and these notes do not upload to your pet's medical records in-clinic.
